Meet Nate

Certified by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming as a Master Hypnotist and NLP Master Practitioner, Nate is a pioneer in his field. He focuses on redefining and refining NLP and hypnosis methodologies with the goal of improving client success rates. Throughout his 15 year therapy practice Nate helps everyday clients make real improvements, sometimes in as little as one session. His revolutionary techniques have positively shaped client lives by helping them recreate their identities and bounce back from major life stressors like divorce, loss and unemployment. His passion for research and better outcomes helps clients live happier, healthier, more purpose filled lives – he moves people past just showing up to THRIVING.

As the founder of the International NLP Business Leadership Association he’s done all the heavy lifting for you, translating the best parts of NLP methods and applying its powerful principals to leadership development. Bringing that knowledge out the therapy room and into the boardroom. Learn everything you need and nothing you don’t, that’s the value INBLA certifications bring. Nate has hand crafted a curriculum specifically to teach you the tools you need to navigate the business landscape, and foster stronger connections in order to better lead others.

Meet Colleen

The developer of the TEAMs Performance Method© for influential communications, Colleen is also an accredited Project Management Professional, PMI-ACP Agile certified, a published author, a certified personal development coach with a background in NLP, an engineer and a part time Professor in Business & Project Management.

She began her career as a paradigm shifting woman in the fast paced and high-pressure Automotive Manufacturing industry. Having worked on multi-national, multi-million dollar technical projects – everything from slinging wrenches, programming production lines, validating processes, leading product launches, recovering troubled projects, to guiding and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving excellence. Drawing on her foundation of hard won real-world success and failure she created the TEAMs Performance Method© after observing first hand the anatomy of communication breakdowns across a 20 year career in team-based work environments. She’s always valued learning new things and taking the path less traveled, and this unorthodox approach has given her a unique perspective that comes with being a pioneer.

As the co-founder of the International NLP Business Leadership Association she contributes her TEAMs Method to craft a tailored approach in deploying NLP in the corporate landscape. Her leadership style can be summed up like this: I truly believe there are no bad teams just bad leaders.
